Should your travel plans change after submitting your details, please ensure that you update International Student Support accordingly by emailing iss@qub.ac.uk.

It is important that you collect your Welcome Pack from the Information Desk in the International and Postgraduate Student Centre before registration. Welcome Guide providing your username and password will be emailed to you at the email address given in your application form.

It is also essential for you to bring with you certain documentation for on-site registration formalities as follows:

As part of the Points Based Immigration procedures you will be required to produce your original passport and visa during the Enrolment and Registration process, since the University is required to retain a photocopy or scanned copy of both the personal details/photo page and the page showing your entitlement to study in the UK (the visa page) with your student record. You will not be permitted to enrol until this Right to Study check has been completed. On request, copies of these documents have to be made available to the UK Border Agency.
